A premier, UNESCO World Heritage-listed marine sanctuary located in the heart of the Sulu Sea, 150 km southeast of Puerto Princesa City, Palawan. Often called the "crown jewel of Philippine diving," Tubbataha sits in the epicenter of the global Coral Triangle. It protects over 97,000 hectares of high-density marine habitats across the North and South Atolls and the Jessie Beazley Reef. Home to nearly 360 coral species and over 700 species of fish. Divers frequently encounter whale sharks, manta rays, hammerheads, tiger sharks, and the highest recorded density of whitetip reef sharks.
